Bloom’s ultra-urban industrial schemes in Camberwell and Greenwich will be two of the first industrial projects in the UK to align with the Paris Agreement.
Bloom Camberwell, due for completition by June 2024, will offer 52,410 sq ft of best in class logistics space, with units ranging from 3,555 to 9,895 sq ft. Bloom Greenwich is a 36,005 sq ft development of five innovative and best-in-class industrial logistics units with a size range of 4,760 – 17,545 sq ft.
The Paris Agreement is the global commitment to limit global warming to below 2 degrees Celsius.
