Goya Developments and Hillwood have announced the off-market acquisition of 3.7 acres in Billingshurst, West Sussex from Arunway Ltd.
Goya intends to speculatively build a scheme that benefits from outline planning consent, which will introduce a 49,804 sq ft of multi-let B1/B2/B8 employment space, and will sit behind a new Triumph Motorcycle dealership.
This development will address a critical need in the community and contribute to the region’s economic growth. As per the “Goya Green” initiative, the scheme will be targeting top ESG credentials to include EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent.
Goya and Hillwood were advised by Cushman & Wakefield and Arunway Ltd were advised by LSH/Millbrook Land.
A Goya spokesperson said: “Many thanks to Cushman & Wakefield for advising us on the acquisition, and it was a pleasure dealing with Lambert Smith Hampton and Bill Watts, who represented the vendor.
Thanks as always to the wider Goya team for their assistance and Macfarlanes on the legal side.”
