International Business Park hits market for £120m

The Kesslers family has put the 12.36-acre International Business Park in Stratford, East London on the market for £120million.

The park on Rick Roberts Way is comprised of four warehouses let to four tenants – Kesslers International, Mercedes Benz, Financial Times, and Travis Perkins.

The warehouses cover 221,977 sq ft with a passing rent of £2,611,660 a year, or £11.77 per square foot.

Colliers predicts the UK industrial investment figures are on target to be the best since 1988, with returns of 31.3% this year.

The site represents a development opportunity for a potential buyer.
