Prologis plans to buy 203,000 sq ft of office space at the Compass Centre on the edge of Heathrow Airport for £100m.
Market sources speculate that Prologis will look to turn the site into warehouse space when Heathrow Airport exits the building.
The scheme is let to the airport with the lease expiring in June 2023.
The 15-acre site near the M25 includes a 10.5 acre office space and 4.5 acre car park on Nelson Road
Originally developed in the 1990s, the scheme was purchased by property entrepreneur and hotelier Surinder Arora in 2008.
This deal will be Prologis’s latest development in London.
In June, they purchased a 150, 000 sq ft site at Park Royal, London, for £70m.
