Kate is an experienced Development Director with 20 years of property experience. She joined Tritax in 2022 as a Director based in the Manchester office. Kate has a broad range of development experience, having delivered residential, industrial, and mixed-use development projects across the UK. Kate is currently leading on the delivery of over 3m sq ft of space across the northwest.
